1. ULK admits only applicants holding a secondary school certificate or diploma for the nationals and foreigners holding diplomas accepted by the Government of Rwanda for University or Higher Learning Institutions.

2. Students requesting entry with credit transferred from another Higher Education Institution must do so before starting the academic year for which entry is sought.
